Candidate must be near Wayne PA or be onsite within 2448 hours of first interview 2nd interviews are being held

In terms of the candidates being disqualified there are 2 main reasons weve seen:

Not local to Wayne PA to attend an inperson interview within 48 hours or couldnt prove local to Wayne PA(Lease Bank Account Bill or License with local Address)

Experience has been mostly administrative not development

A majority of these candidates have received numerous SFDC certifications in a very short period of time (46 weeks). Real developers who legitimately earned the certification take months to get even 1 along with thousands of training hours/points in Trailhead. We are looking for Development Certifications badges trails and at least 50000 points on Trailhead.

As an experienced SalesForce developer you will be assigned projects that will leverage your Apex and other relevant skills to deliver enhancements and new capabilities to our sales team. You will work closely with a technical lead but will also be able to take requirements and work independently with minimal oversight.

Aura Framework experience required.

Active Salesforce Development Certifications/Recertifications required Trailhead Certification with Transcript Link preferred.

Experience with other programming languages (e.g. Python) would be preferred

Technical Skills Required:

• Three to five years of SalesForce development experience
• Proven experience with both LWC and Aura Components
• Good understanding of the options to communicate between components in the Lightning framework
• Experience with Visualforce Pages
• Expert with Apex Classes Triggers Batch Apex
• Expert knowledge of SOQL
• Experience with Javascript HTML and CSS
• Experience with calling Rest APIs from Apex
• Prior experience with Java or .Net a plus
• Experience creating a quality deliverable that aligns with requirements / expectations
• Ability to work as part of a team helping others out where applicable
• Ability to communicate clearly with other developers and project manager
