Job Skills and Responsibilities:

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM
• Implementation experience as employee of Workday or with a Workday service partner
• Experience in change management and developing employee training.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the planning execution and closure of the Workday migration project ensuring all deliverables are met within the stipulated timeline and budget.
• Oversee and motivate a large and geographically dispersed project team fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment to drive project success.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across the division to gather and analyze business requirements providing expert recommendations on Workday configurations and best practices.
• Apply project management best practices to plan track and report on work and to bring execution discipline to all workstreams.
• Ensure compliance with global and local regulations data privacy and security policies
