Job Skills and Responsibilities:

• HTS Classification of the products; Knowledge of ECCN COO FTA ADD INCOTERMS; Duty assessment and valuation; Screening techniques; Communicating with sellers
• familiar with item classification license determination integration with EBS and OTM.
• Prior experience in trade compliance business processes across multiple countries;
• 8 years of experience and deep knowledge of Oracle EBS Support Maintenance & Enhancements
• Extensive experience in Technical design development on Oracle GTM
• Need to be proficient in Advanced PL/SQL Oracle BI Reports Interfaces
• Should be able to work in onsite/offshore model
• 70% functional knowledge 30% technical knowledge

• Production support and enhancements in a technofunctional role
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle GTM applications.
• Provide handson technical functional & development support for implemented GTM modules.
• Gather and document business requirements on IT incidents and change work.
• Document and manage technical specifications and software packages.
• People with excellent communication skills are preferred. Ability to communicate with Business users on Business processes is a must.
• Configure and deploy Oracle GTM solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze global trade compliance requirements.
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams including IT logistics and legal to integrate GTM solutions seamlessly into existing systems.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations customizations integration setups and business processes.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud GTM modules and their configurations.
