Title: Service Support Analyst

Location: Raleigh NC

Duration: Long Term

***This is an onsite position.

Requirement:
Office of the State Auditor requires one Service Support Analysts. The selected candidate for this role will provide first level support to users in a Microsoft Windows environment. This includes but is not limited to password resets A/V troubleshooting access assistance etc. Responsible for imaging PCs per outlined processes distributing equipment and maintaining assignment information in an asset tracking system. Position will be responsible for identifying and documenting equipment for surplus installing computer equipment in an office environment maintaining printers and scanners. Position will be expected to assist users with PC performance issues and updates.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities / Competencies:

  • Ability to analyze and assess client needs to develop effective and appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to independently resolve unique problems through advanced system analysis and troubleshooting procedures and without a predetermined course of action.
  • Ability to proactively establish a positive relationship by demonstrating a sense of urgency in interactions with clients.
