Besides supporting our customers to ensure product safety we also help them to achieve their sustainability goals by reducing waste and energy consumption.

Were looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales for our SMB vertical to drive our teams growth in the DACH market. As Head of Sales SMB youll lead and manage the team actively driving sales efforts. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint within the retail and HORECA sectors. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the sales strategy and contribute to the ongoing success of our thriving B2B SaaS company.

Tasks

  • Build and develop a top team of account executives
  • Lead by example with hands on sales activities
  • Create and execute specific sales strategies to meet Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) goals.
  • Team up closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing product development and customer success to confirm alignment in strategies and provide valuable input to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Create strong sales processes and workflows and set up CRM software to improve sales operations and efficiency.
  • Keep detailed records of sales activities update the CRM system with pipeline progress forecasts and performance metrics continuously.

Requirements

  • Experience leading sales teams within a B2B SaaS company
  • Fluent in German to lead client discussions negotiations and presentations confidently in business settings.
  • Proficient in English for internal business communication and partnering with colleagues.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
  • Must have excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills to effectively build client relationships clearly present value and confidently handle complex sales talks.
  • Prior experience in hiring and managing a sales team including setting targets performance management and professional development.
  • Demonstrated skill in creating and implementing sales processes and CRM systems to improve operations and efficiency.
  • Skilled in using CRM software like Salesforce or HubSpot for managing sales keeping records and creating reports.
