Minimum Qualifications:

• Clearly express requirements in a straightforward manner.
• Chat with stakeholders to gather what they need.
• Document current processes as they are.
• Create rough sketches of future systems.
• Craft and polish user stories and criteria for acceptance.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:

• Experience in Finance Supply Chain and Order Entry.
• SQL wizardry ability to whip up database queries.
• Comfortable reading and understanding code.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business users and IS teams to nail down and refine business needs doing some analysis along the way.
• Connect with IS teams and others to pull together solutions and assist with project execution.
• Roll up your sleeves in an agile setup working with teams spread out all over to tweak define and manage new business processes plus help design overall tech solutions.
• Take a hard look at existing processes and suggest improvements keeping an eye on customer experience cycle time and risk/reward.
• Tackle a variety of tech challenges solve them and deliver the goods before the clock runs out.
• Set up and run meetings with clients jot down and share meeting notes make sure todos get done on time keep everyone in the loop on project status and raise the alarm to management when needed.
• Back up teams through every phase of the project even when its time to pass the torch of knowledge.
• Dive into new tech with enthusiasm using different tools and techniques to get the job done right and stick to industry standards and practices.
• Be a oneperson powerhouse or guide/lead small teams in client projects getting your hands dirty under the guidance of a Lead Consultant/Principal Consultant producing great work driving specific initiatives and serving as the goto guru on consulting projects.
