We are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Lisbonbased Germanspeaking Customer Representative to join their teams in Lisbon.

Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle all incoming contacts from bank clients (ID and TPIN & Postbank app setup card blocking/unblocking/exchange safety transactions complaints) via phone and email
- Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
- Use adequate tools processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate valid and complete information
- Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered.
REQUIREMENTS:
- C1 German with great linguistic expression and B1 English both oral and written
- Ability to listen actively identify apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity and solve issues in the first contact with customers
- Ability to take stressful situations well.
