Customer Service Assistant Dutch or German speaking

• Handle all incoming contacts from customers through various channels (phone email and chat)
• Provide 2nd level support for the clients
• Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
• Use adequate tools processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate valid and complete information
• Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times and ensure a positive experience.

• C2 level of Dutch Flemish German or Danish plus English language
