We are working with a leading BPO company/contact center that is looking for a Swedishspeaking Customer Representative to join their teams in Greece.
Location: Work from home/remote from anywhere in Greece

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle all incoming contacts from customers over the phone and chat/email
- Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
- Act as a key focal point for our leading accommodation partners by answering basic questions & queries about rooms modifications rates and/or availability extranet tooling usage etc. or guests with their stay and reservations
- Use adequate tools processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate valid and complete information
- Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times as well as a positive experience for our partners
REQUIREMENTS:
- Professionally Fluent in Swedish & Fluent in English (B2) both orally and written
- Holder of a high school diploma or equivalent work experience
- Previous work experience in customer service
- Ability to identify apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity
- Tech savvy and full proficiency with MS Office products
- Resident of Greece or ability to relocate under short notice
