Handscart working towards some interesting products to brings Indian craftsmanship to global stage we are pivoting towards to give artisans touch to a modern form through design and innovation and brigning to global level to implement local vocal for local mission with our design internationally and made locally mission. We are building artisans form to modern form and creating shoping for artisans.
We looking for dynamic motivated like minded team to build founding team to shape this company to global level. If you are a crafts arts artisans sustainblity etc enthusist this is a perfect place to build together.

Chief Executive Officer CoFounder
We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to serve as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Handscart. The CEO will be responsible for driving the companys overall strategic direction growth and operational excellence. This individual will lead a diverse team collaborate with key stakeholders and ensure Handscart continues to innovate and thrive in the rapidly evolving ecommerce landscape.

Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for Handscarts growth and success aligning with the companys mission and values.
2. Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of the companys operations including but not limited to sales marketing product development finance and customer service.
3. Team Leadership and Development: Build and mentor a highperforming executive team fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and accountability.
4. Stakeholder Management: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including artisans suppliers investors partners and regulatory bodies.
5. Financial Management: Drive financial performance and sustainability including budgeting forecasting and resource allocation to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
6. Market Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand Handscarts market presence both domestically and internationally through strategic partnerships acquisitions and new product offerings.
7. Technology and Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies leveraging innovation to enhance the customer experience and drive operational efficiencies.
8. Brand Building: Enhance Handscarts brand identity and market positioning ensuring alignment with our values of authenticity sustainability and social responsibility.
9. Risk Management: Mitigate risks and ensure compliance with relevant laws regulations and ethical standards prioritizing the protection of our brand and reputation.
10. Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with the artisan community and other stakeholders actively engaging in initiatives that support their wellbeing and livelihoods.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in executive leadership roles preferably within the ecommerce retail or related industries.
Strong strategic thinking and decisionmaking skills with the ability to anticipate market trends and capitalize on opportunities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Financial acumen and experience in managing budgets driving revenue growth and optimizing profitability.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation creativity and social impact.
Demonstrated commitment to ethical business practices sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
