Data Analyst-PowerBI Developer

• Utilize Power BI to connect and integrate data from multiple sources perform data modeling and create visually compelling reports and dashboards.
• Develop interactive visualizations charts and graphs to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate them into meaningful visualizations and reports.
• Conduct indepth data analysis to identify trends patterns and outliers and provide actionable insights to support decisionmaking processes.
• Continuously monitor data quality and accuracy to ensure reliable and consistent reporting.

• Perform Extract Transform and Load (ETL) operations to extract data from various sources transform and cleanse it and load it into the appropriate data models.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and workflows to automate data integration processes.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure data integrity and implement best practices for data management.

• Utilize advanced Excel functions and formulas to manipulate and analyze large data sets.
• Create and maintain complex spreadsheets using pivot tables VLOOKUP and other relevant features to summarize and visualize data effectively.
• Develop Excelbased reporting tools templates and macros to streamline data analysis processes.

• Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g. Statistics Mathematics Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role with a strong focus on data visualization and analysis.
• Proficiency in Power BI including data connection modeling ETL measures calculated columns and visualization techniques.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel including pivot tables VLOOKUP macros and other data manipulation functions.
• Strong analytical thinking and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy ensuring highquality deliverables.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively present findings to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Experience with SQL or other programming languages is a plus.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and data mining techniques is an advantage.
