Client Services Manager Online Fitness Platform

Salary: 30k 35k

Located: North London/Remote

Are you a motivated individual with a knack for sales and a passion for client service I am on the lookout for someone to join a growing business as a Client Services Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity contributing to the growth and success of our dynamic wellbeing company. They are a rapidly growing directtoconsumer premium wellbeing company providing support to clients worldwide. Offering innovative services are delivered digitally with a dedicated team based in our North London HQ and remotely across the globe. This role is instrumental in supporting the expansion plans and to help drive the business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage new enquiries and guide clients through the onboarding process ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
  • Execute established processes efficiently in a fastpaced environment with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Go the extra mile to provide clients with all the information and support they need throughout their programme.
  • Lead the operational running of the business including client account administration and process development.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support sales and marketing campaigns with innovative ideas to enhance client experience and company performance.
  • Utilise CRM and other systems for effective administration and client service ensuring accurate reporting and timely communication.
  • Assist with HR processes including contract management and rota management to support the teams operational needs.
  • Work alongside the founder and client coaching team as a valued team member contributing to the overall success of the company.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written with a passion for client service.
  • Previous experience in consultative sales and service industry preferred.
  • Understanding of sales pipelines payment processing and client account management.
  • Commercial acumen and ability to accurately report sales performance.
  • Processdriven with a logical mindset comfortable following existing processes and suggesting improvements.
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is confident working alongside senior leadership.
  • Additional qualifications in fitness or nutrition are advantageous but not essential.
  • Passion for health and wellbeing preferred.
