Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with Primary or High Lift (Secondary) flight controls
- Technical knowledge of Flight Controls function and system development with integration airplane teams such as Aerodynamics Stability and Control, Structures, Loads, Safety, Hydraulic power, etc
- Experience working complex flight controls projects
- Understanding of overall airplane and interfacing team needs
- Strong aptitude and desire to work with diverse teammates around the world towards a common aviation goal
