Job Description

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their insurance needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms coverage and pricing for clients insurance policies.
  • Review and analyze insurance policies to ensure accuracy and compliance with clients requirements and regulations.
  • Renew policies in a timely manner and provide assistance with claims processing when necessary.
  • Stay updated on industry trends regulations and market conditions to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling additional insurance products to clients.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions transactions and policy details in the agencys database.
  • Work closely with other team members including agents and support staff to provide comprehensive insurance services.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in business finance or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in commercial lines insurance or a similar customerfacing role is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in insurance industry software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of insurance policies regulations and coverage types.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Professional demeanor and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Relevant certifications or licenses may be required depending on local regulations.
