We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant. In this role you will provide comprehensive administrative support handling a wide range of tasks to ensure their daytoday operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills impeccable attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant.

Strong computer skills .

Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

Uptodate with the latest office gadgets and applications.

Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Discretion and confidentiality.





RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments
  • Booking and arranging travel transport and accommodation.
  • Organizing events and conferences.
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Managing databases and filing systems.
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
  • Liaising with staff suppliers and clients.
  • Conducting research on behalf of the manager.
