This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Project Manager to oversee the seamless deployment of low voltage technology systems and solutions with a focus on specific deployments of CCTV Network WiFi Fiber and Data Lines. As a remote project manager you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of these solutions for our clients located across various geographical locations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning: Collaborate with clients stakeholders and team members to gather project requirements formulate project plans and define project deliverables and timelines.

  2. Project Execution: Lead remote teams in the implementation and deployment of low voltage technology systems including CCTV Network WiFi Fiber and Data Lines ensuring adherence to project specifications quality standards and best practices.

  3. Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively including remote contractors and subcontractors as necessary to meet project milestones and timelines.

  4. Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues create mitigation strategies and proactively resolve any challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.

  5. Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders team members and clients through regular meetings updates and status reports.

  6. Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation including project plans progress reports change orders and final deliverables.

  7. Project Budgeting and Cost Control: Monitor project expenses track budget utilization and ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints.

  8. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular project evaluations and quality checks to ensure all low voltage technology systems and solutions are implemented to meet client expectations.

  9. Technical Expertise: Stay uptodate with industry trends advancements and emerging technologies related to low voltage technology systems and provide technical guidance and expertise to clients and team members.



Requirements

  1. Proven experience (2 years) as a Project Manager in the low voltage technology systems industry specifically with deployments of CCTV Network WiFi Fiber and Data Lines.

  2. Strong project management skills including project planning execution resource allocation risk management and budget control.

  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with remote teams clients and stakeholders.

  4. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  5. Indepth knowledge of low voltage technology systems industry standards and best practices.

  6. Familiarity with project management software and tools for remote collaboration and communication.

  7. Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities with a focus on finding practical solutions while considering project constraints.

  8. PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.

In addition to the responsibilities mentioned in the job description for a Remote Project Manager for Low Voltage Technology Systems and Solutions we also require the ability to bid potential projects using architectural plans. As part of this role you will be responsible for reviewing architectural plans provided by clients and preparing accurate and competitive bids for low voltage technology system deployments.






Responsibilities (Specific to Bidding Process):

  1. Architectural Plan Review: Analyze architectural plans provided by clients to understand the scope requirements and specifications of the low voltage technology systems to be implemented.

  2. Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials equipment labor and any other resources required for the project ensuring accuracy and compliance with budget requirements.

  3. Supplier/Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to obtain quotes and negotiate competitive pricing for materials and equipment needed for the project.

  4. Proposal Development: Create comprehensive project proposals that outline the scope of work technical details cost breakdowns timelines and any other pertinent information required for the bid.

  5. Competitive Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to ensure competitiveness in bidding taking into account market trends industry standards and comparable projects.

  6. Bid Submission: Prepare and submit bids in a timely manner adhering to client deadlines and procurement processes.

  7. Contract Negotiation: Participate in contract negotiations with clients to finalize project agreements ensuring mutual understanding of expectations and deliverables.

Qualifications (Specific to Bidding Process):

  1. Experience in preparing bids for low voltage technology system deployments using architectural plans as references.

  2. Strong understanding of architectural plans including electrical and low voltage system drawings.

  3. Knowledge of low voltage technology system components pricing and industry standards for accurate cost estimation.

  4. Familiarity with bidding processes including the ability to analyze bid documents develop competitive proposals and negotiate contracts.

  5. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills to accurately assess project requirements and develop comprehensive bids.

  6. Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey bid information and engage with clients and stakeholders.

  7. Familiarity with bid management software and tools for efficient bid preparation and tracking.

Please note that the ability to bid potential projects using architectural plans is an additional requirement for this position and may not be applicable to all project management roles.
