Job Title : SAP FSM Consultant

Job Type : W2 / C2C

Experience : 5 to 10 years

Location : Remote

We are looking for a SAP FSM Consultant who will be responsible for implementing configuring and supporting SAP Field Service Management solutions to meet the business needs. They will work closely with clients to understand their requirements design and implement solutions and provide ongoing support and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Experience as an SAP FSM Consultant or in a similar role.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Experience in SAP integration with other modules and external systems.
• Experience with SAP Fiori applications.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration with FSM.
• Familiarity with mobile solutions for field service.
• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to field service management.
• Design and configure SAP FSM solutions to meet client requirements.
• Develop functional specifications for customizations and integrations.
• Lead the implementation of SAP FSM modules including system configuration data migration and integration with other SAP modules or thirdparty systems.
• Conduct enduser training sessions to ensure effective utilization of the SAP FSM system.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation for configurations customizations and processes.
• Provide ongoing support to clients addressing issues and implementing updates as needed.
• Proactively monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers project managers and business analysts to deliver integrated solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
