Job Description

Coordinate & understand client projects processes plans etc.
Setup and implement on client projects as per client requirements.
Conduct product training and hand hold the customer on using the product
Interact and liaison with client users and teams on various procedures such as resolution
of queries / issue / escalation etc.
Proactively support client management by undertaking & presenting project related
analysis based insights from data in product to help clients expedite construction.
Support in preparation of case studies to quantify the impact of client delivered to client.
Suppot in taking client feedback on product implementation for improvements and
provide it to the Livsyt product team for consideration.
Ensure highest quality of the software delivery to clients.
Ensure completion of project delivery milestones as per schedule.
