Job Description:
As a Business Development Manager at job portal you will play a crucial role in
expanding our client base and promoting our workforce solutions. You will be responsible for
identifying and engaging with potential clients understanding their hiring needs and presenting
them with tailored solutions. This position involves a combination of fieldwork and strategic planning
to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting field visits to prospect and acquire new clients.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understanding client requirements and customizing workforce solutions accordingly.
Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
Keeping abreast of industry trends market conditions and competitor activities.
Providing timely and accurate reports on sales activities and performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in B2B preferably in the staffing or workforce solutions industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goaloriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of the local job market and industry trends.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in business Marketing or a related field is preferred.
Proven sales experience of 25 yrs. in a similar role will be advantageous.
