Requirement Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales growth in the VLSI and embedded systems market. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies establishing and maintaining relationships with key customers and achieving revenue targets.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the VLSI and embedded systems market. Identify and target potential customers and market segments to expand the companys customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers including semiconductor companies OEMs and system integrators.
Understand customer requirements and market trends to effectively position and promote the companys products and solutions.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering marketing and operations to support customer needs and drive business growth.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Stay informed about industry developments competitive landscape and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Represent the company at industry events conferences and trade shows to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales activities customer feedback and market trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering/Electronics or related field. Masters degree or MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the semiconductor industry with a focus on VLSI and embedded systems.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a highly competitive market environment.
Strong technical background in VLSI design embedded systems or related fields.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with customers at all levels.
Strategic thinker with a resultsoriented mindset and strong problemsolving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
