Job Description:
- Maintain relations between the community and developers.
- Educating the community about the product.
- Creating suitable product content (Videos Blogs Newsletters Articles etc).
- Organizing events talks meetingss etc. to increase awareness of the product.
- Taking feedback regularly from the community.
- Interact and Community management.
- Community Development.
- Prepare SOW document regarding client requirements which include defining workflows and flow diagrams
- Managing project delivery(It covers check of all the SOW points agreed)
- Preparation of necessary docs(RFP SOW NDAs and POC) for the clients requirement.
- Understanding the default software/applications products and services of Webkul and its functionalities(at the workflow level) for a personalized explanation of the same to the clients.
- Market research of the products.
- Responsible for new partnerships of the organization acting as a bridge between the client side and the organization.
- Requirement gathering for web and app development projects.
- Handling customers presales and postsales queries over various communication mediums like calls/emails/ skype/ helpdesk/ social networking sites.
- Assigning the technical queries/issues of clients to the technical departments.
- Preparing a full User guide(technical doc/content) of the products for Webkul s products Services and customers in written and video format as well.
- Attending international as well as domestic seminars and conferences regarding the promotion of the products with the presentation.
- Market research of the products.
Skills Required for this Job:
1. Sound Knowledge of Opensource & Git Hub is required.
2. Working experience in Laravel will be a plus.
3. IT industry experience is preferred.
4. A Technical background is required in qualification.
5. Knowledge of Web and app end technology.
6. Good observation of technical workflow in the app websites and software tools.
7. Must have experience in technical project sales and project handling.
8. Learning new software tools platforms and tech stacks.
9. Updated with the latest technologies and market leaders.
10. Excellent presentation and emailing skills.
11. Should be Excellent in communication as well as written English
12. Knowledge of eCommerce platforms(like Magento Opencart Bagisto Shopify WooCommerce etc) would be considered a plus point.
13. Good knowledge of the ECommerce industry modules will be considered a plus point.
14. Basic knowledge of tech stacks like PHP React JS Android iOS Flutter APIs etc along with integration work will be considered as a high plus point.
