Overview:

The Talent Acquisition role is pivotal to our organizations success as it involves identifying attracting and hiring top talent to drive the companys objectives. This role plays a critical part in shaping the organizations culture ensuring a strong employer brand and maintaining a highperforming workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies and programs to meet the organizations staffing needs
  • Source and engage with potential candidates through online channels such as social media and professional networks
  • Conduct interviews assess candidate qualifications and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards
  • Assess and improve current recruitment processes and procedures
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
  • Coordinate and participate in career fairs and networking events
  • Stay updated on labor legislation and inform hiring managers and HR staff about changes affecting the organization
  • Provide regular reports to management on recruitment activities and results
  • Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires
  • Participate in projects and initiatives related to talent management and HR policies
  • Contribute to a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with the HR team to support various HR projects and initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting roles
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Knowledge of HR policies employment legislation and regulations
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software
  • Strong decisionmaking and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Experience in employer branding and social media recruiting
  • Strong interviewing and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and team members
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Certification in HR or talent acquisition is a plus
