We are looking for an Executive/Technical Assistant to support MD in his operational & functional work with 1yrs of experience.
We prefer freshers also with Engineering qualification specifically from B.Tech/B.E (Automobile Mechanical Production Aviation etc)
Prepare Management reports on monthly basis
Keep track of business trend visualization & tracking.
Keep track of MD s calendar and appointments
Keep track of important activities and follow up assigned by MD.
Schedule weekly meetings for Sales Design QC Service & Production review and keep track of
activities.
Coordination with companys entities for all administrative topics.
Take care of email communications for MD.
Take care of general mailbox and circulate the emails to appropriate people.
Prepare and keep updated the company presentations as and when required.
Take care of paper flow received for approval of MD.
Support in activities related to marketing seminars exhibitions webinars etc..
Support in 5S implementation in office area
Support management in creating the workplace Great Place to Work.
