1. Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential grant opportunities relevant to our organizations mission and goals.
   
2. Assist in the development of grant proposals including gathering necessary information drafting sections and ensuring adherence to application guidelines.
   
3. Maintain an uptodate database of grant deadlines requirements and submission processes.
   
4. Collaborate with team members to gather data metrics and testimonials for award nominations.
   
5. Assist in the preparation of award submissions ensuring accuracy completeness and compliance with submission guidelines.
   
6. Support the coordination of public relations efforts including drafting press releases preparing media kits and managing social media content.
   
7. Assist with tracking media coverage and compiling reports on the effectiveness of public relations campaigns.
   
8. Provide general administrative support to the research team including organizing documents scheduling meetings and responding to inquiries.
   

1. Strong research skills with the ability to gather analyze and synthesize information from various sources.
   
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
   
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and experience with online research tools and databases.
   
4. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
   
5. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
   
6. Previous experience in grant research award nominations or public relations is preferred but not required.
   
7. Demonstrated passion for the organizations mission and commitment to making a positive impact through research and advocacy.
