1. Strong academic background with a demonstrated interest in finance investments and capital markets.
   
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and financial modeling techniques.
   
3. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
   
4. Effective communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.

7. Previous internship experience in finance investment banking or asset management is a plus but not required
