They are in construction of the new manufacturing facility is spread over 150 acres. This facility will ensure that all the products manufactured in this facility are competitive on a global scale.

Production Activates.

1. Responsible for daytoday activities of directing controlling and coordinating all phases of plant facilities including Press Shop Injection molding shop assembly lines and Pre assemblies of Room air conditioners.

2. To support the production of quality products in an efficient and profitable manner

3. Preparation SOP Layout Changing Line balancing through smart tools & conducting Fitment trails etc and coordinate with R&D new project developments.

4. Analyzing various processes / applications and implementing process modifications to enhance operational efficiency.

5. Leading mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets.

6. Knowledge of Machines and Tools including their designs uses etc.

7. Meeting Production Targets.

8. Up gradation of existing products and processes for improving the Productivity.

9. Reduction of Product and Process Cost through ReEngineering and Value Engineering.

10. New Product Introduction Planning.

11. Implementing TBEM and ISO Systems.

12. System Implementation with advance stage technology.

13. Innovations & LCA (low cost automation)
