Senior Sales Manager

Area of Responsibility:

  • Identifying potential customers through networking initiatives coldcalling and email communications
  • Preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential and existing customers.
  • Preparing regular sales reports as well as sales plans.
  • Researching competitors products pricing and product success to determine customer preferences.
  • Developing innovative sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Promptly submitting customers purchase orders to the relevant department for processing.
  • Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer loyalty.
  • Expanding industry knowledge by attending workshops and training sessions.
  • Developing and maintaining positive and longterm customer relationship.

Education: Minimum High School Diploma Degree in Business Administration or equivalent study.

Technical Skills:

  • Must be significantly experienced in sales operations.
  • Networking and taking initiatives in reaching out to untapped markets.
  • Must be able to handle take customer feedback and has to be experienced in problem resolution.

Industry Experience:

56 years experience in the Sales / Events field within Hospitality Amusement Parks or Entertainment Sector.

Management Skills:

  • Ability to lead team members to achieve organizational goals.
  • Time management.
  • Active participation in target setting and quarterly goals of the department.

Personal Qualities:

  • Must be a Team Player.
  • Approachable and has to be attentive to details whilst dealing with clients and coworkers.
  • Effective communication and good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment; effectively manage time and meet deadlines with limited supervision.

Technology Skills: Wellversed with basic computer systems and usage of Microsoft Office.

Language Skills: English & Arabic languages proficiency.

Communication Skills: Excellent proven interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.

Job Types: Fulltime Permanent.

Salary: QAR15000.00 per month.
