Were currently seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role youll be responsible for managing the full 360 Recruitment process from identifying potential clients to nurturing relationships and ensuring successful placements. If youre a seasoned professional with a proven track record in business development account management and team leadership we want to hear from you.

Heres a snapshot of what youll be doing:

Proactively identify and engage potential clients through targeted sales efforts and networking.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to exceed revenue targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.

Manage the endtoend recruitment process ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.

Communicate job requirements effectively to colleagues and cultivate candidate relationships.

Stay informed about industry trends market conditions and competitor movements to inform sales strategies.

Collaborate with the team to ensure client satisfaction and optimize team performance.

Participate in goal setting and reporting to drive performance.

    To thrive in this role youll need:

    Previous experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.

    Demonstrated success in business development and account management.

    Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

    Proficiency in sourcing and recruiting.

    Fluency in additional languages is advantageous.

    Ability to work remotely.
