The role

The Commercial Manager will play a critical role across two areas of the business:

  1. Revenue TransformationDriving commercial understanding and revenue growth across our Service Line Business Units. This could include initial analysis to understand the opportunity repricing strategies and execution. You will work closely with the Heads of Service Line and Partners the Financial Planning and Analysis team and across the executive team.
  2. Commercial Analyst/Chief of Staff:Supporting the COO and CEO with commercial analysis insight and narrative. This could include bespoke analysiscreating board papers andinvestor decks and supporting on M&A activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the Service line business units to analyse revenue growth opportunities and develop communicate and execute initiatives to deliver them.
  • Lead and oversee critical commercial projects and initiatives ensuring they are executed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct financial analysis and forecasting in collaboration with the Finance Team to support and enhance Service Line revenue growth.
  • Prepare and distribute reports presentations and memos to support commercial change across the business.
  • Drive efficiency crossteam commercial focus reporting and best practice.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Partners and Senior leaders within the business.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes improve workflows and enhance communication across the Service Line.
  • Support the executive team on various ad hoc analyses and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications Knowledge & Experience

Essential

  • Highly commercial with a track record of identifying and delivering key business initiatives based on data.
  • Hands on approach to delivering initiatives and building processes that make impact rapidly.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills with outstanding PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Exceptional conceptual and quantitative skills strategic thinking problemsolving and decision making.
  • Organised with strong project management skills with a bias for action
  • High levels of EQ with the ability to work at all levels within Gravita.

Desirable

  • Proven experience perhaps gained in a top strategy consulting firm or related sector
  • Strong datamanipulation and analysis experience
