The Role
Project Management is a key team at Moving Brands and we have Senior Project Managers across the MB locations. Youll report to the MB Client Services Director.
As a Senior Project Manager youll be responsible for managing the successful development and delivery of a wide range of projects and programs of work including but not limited to brand identity design and systems brand strategy brand guidelines and launch campaigns & digital projects including website development mobile apps etc.
Whilst developing proposals briefs with our new business team youll also plan measure and manage projects to agreed timeframes budgets and to a very high standard. Its vital to be across the wider client relationship whilst not losing sight of the minutiae of project deliverables.
You will facilitate the multidisciplinary team to deliver the creative excellence that we hold at the core of who we are as a company.
Working in close Partnership with our Creative and Strategic Leads to manage and grow client relationships youll provide structure support experience and insight across the teams working relationships.
For this role we expect you to embrace ambiguity having excellent attention to detail.
High proactivity with the ability to grow profitable client relationships youll need to facilitate the creative process managing complex multiple work streams with ease.
Responsibilities
Delivering global and local projects and programs of work including brand identity systems brand guidelines launch campaigns brand strategy and naming animations and motion graphics MB is a digital first business so additional deliverables include websites digital experiential project work and apps.
Initial scoping of work hand in hand with Business Development then Writing Statements of Work (SOW) and creating project budgets
Working in partnership across the MB network youll run projects and identify additional incremental revenue generation opportunities whilst growing existing client relationships
Confidently and proactively manage external client relationships from initial engagement through to project delivery
Tracking and monitoring project timings budgets and resources including weekly project reconciliation resource allocation and status reporting
Working with the team to create project approaches and kick offs
Managing the internal project team including stand ups creative reviews deadlines and deliverables
Contributing to the productivity and motivation of the team
Communicating clearly with all partners and team members
Encouraging best practice of studio tools
Supporting team members
What we look for
Intuitive project management skills developed across a broad range of client sectors
Managing budgets up to GBP850k
Overseeing multimarket multistakeholder project delivery
Experience managing creative branding projects and programmes
Building and management of client relationships with evidence growing existing revenue streams
