Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure Seamless Operations: Be the driving force behind uninterrupted network systems applications and infrastructure services for our local and regional teams.
• Champion Compliance: Uphold company and regulatory standards like PCIDSS GDPR and CCPA ensuring our systems are secure and compliant.
• Tech Wizardry: Dive deep into hardware software and networking challenges delivering prompt resolutions and keeping our operations running smoothly.
• Innovation Advocate: Research and recommend cuttingedge solutions to enhance our server network and enduser systems.
• Cloud Mastery: Lead the charge in defining and implementing cloudbased solutions leveraging AWS and Azure to propel our growth.
• Security Guardian: Safeguard our assets by owning our security protocols monitoring threats and spearheading incident response efforts.
• Team Player: Collaborate crossfunctionally driving projects forward and fostering a culture of technical excellence.

What Youll Need:

• Technical Acumen: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience coupled with handson experience in data management infrastructure administration and cloud technologies.
• Certification Advantage: CCNA/CCIE certifications and proficiency in PowerShell scripting will set you apart.
• Critical Thinker: Excel in problemsolving prioritization and thrive in highpressure situations.
• Global Mindset: Embrace working within distributed teams and possess the flexibility to support offshift and weekend requirements.
• Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
