Berlin Brands Group (BBG) has been designing producing and selling products in the areas of kitchen appliances garden & living sports and consumer electronics since 2005 and is now one of Europes largest digital companies including over 800 employees around the globe. We love brands and products!

The CRM Lead manages the CRM team and ensures the data collection on consumer insights concerning CRM programs is done following best practices for the business.

What you will do:

  • Drive datadriven decisionmaking formulate CRM strategies and develop the CRM roadmap
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including ProTech and the vendor for seamless CRM program support
  • Lead a small CRM team and the formulation of CRM strategies as well as programs/campaigns and ensure that they stay aligned with the businesss overall objectives
  • Manage CRM budget allocations and develop review and implement the annual CRM roadmap with revenue projections
  • Monitor and evaluate CRM campaigns measure ROI and conduct consumer experience research consumer segmentation and consumer roadmap analyses for continuous improvement
  • Identify emerging opportunities for competitive advantage in consumer acquisition and retention strategies in our markets

What we are looking for:

  • Several years of CRM lead experience focusing on CRM strategies and implementation
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Emarsys Bloomreach Braze etc.) and analytical systems
  • Extensive background in direct and digital marketing within a similar industry (ideally ECommerce/ B2C)
  • Strong expertise in customer acquisition reengagement and retention strategies
  • Effective communication skills and a clear understanding of CRM campaign lifecycles
  • Interest and ability to derive insights from data analyses for ongoing process improvement
  • Basic knowledge of databases and associated reporting tools
  • Fluency in English German is a plus
