You will be managing organizing and monitoring the storage and distribution of goods. Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the concerned people directly and optimize the entire order cycle
• Manage and strategically plan the logistics transportation warehouse and customer support operations
• Negotiate and liaise with the manufacturers suppliers retailers as well as with the consumers
• Comply with the regulations custom laws and BIS standards
• Resolve all complaints or issues our customers or vendors face on time
• Arrange the warehouse plan routes catalog goods and process the shipments on a timely basis
• Introduce and implement new methods to ensure smooth working of our warehouse
• import export documentation and summited post shipping document in Finances
• coordination with CHS (Custom house agent) Various FF (fared forwarded )
• Export under LUT Bond & on payment of IGST under GST Regime
• Import & Export Quotation arrange from Forwarder negotiate & finalize with
  Vessel Schedule
• Verifying Export SB & Import BOE & give approval to file on Customs Site.
• Maintain Record of Export against EPCG & Advance Licence.
• coordinating with US team & handling logistics of USA

Requirements

• BS in Logistics Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
• Proven work experience as a Logistics Manager or similar role in Logistics industry
• Exceptional knowledge of logistics and supply chain management
• Ability to handle multiple projects independently
• Outstanding problem solving analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency in standard logistic programs
• Ability to manage and lead the workforce
• Keep track of distribution and logistics management effectively
• Excellent customer service skills
• Outstanding communication skills
