Automation Test Lead with Selenium and Java Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of automation testers to ensure highquality delivery of software products.
• Design develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define test strategies test plans and test cases based on business requirements and technical specifications.
• Implement and maintain continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for automated testing using tools like Jenkins or Bamboo.
• Conduct code reviews identify areas for improvement and enforce coding standards within the automation testing team.
• Analyze test results identify defects and work closely with development teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Provide leadership in test automation best practices tools and techniques to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the testing process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in automation testing and implement them as applicable.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
• Over 8 years of experience in software testing
• Proven 3 years of experience in leading automation testing efforts for software development projects.
• Strong proficiency in automation testing tools and frameworks particularly Selenium WebDriver and Java.
• Handson experience in designing and implementing robust automation frameworks from scratch.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) agile methodologies and testing best practices.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git and collaboration tools like JIRA.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively lead and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Relevant certifications in automation testing (e.g. ISTQB Certified Tester Selenium WebDriver Certification) are a plus.
• Work location is Hyderabad with hybrid working model
