Sr Client Service Associate I
The Senior Client Service Associate I partners with associates in Distribution and Relationship Management to service Institutional and High Net Worth clients investing in the companys products. Under general supervision the role frequently communicates with clients and focuses on onboarding new client accounts delivering reports to clients and working with business partners to service client needs throughout the client lifecycle. This role collaborates closely with teams across the enterprise to deliver an outstanding client experience.

Position Summary and Impact:
Position Summary : The Client Reporting Associate will assume a handson role in producing and reviewing client statements. Candidate will be responsible for collecting and aggregating data from multiple departments and applications. The Associate will work closely with Client Reporting and IT departments in the creation of client reports. The Associate will be accountable to complete the request as per the timelines with 100% accuracy and in a highly professional manner by managing inbound/outbound communication. The Associate must have the ability to identify and resolve issues timely and efficiently and work independently with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment. He/she must be able to handle the team process trainings and related queries. Should act as an SME for the process.
