Join a Global Leader in dvLED / Video Wall manufacturing as a Distributor Channel Sales / Solution Engineer for the Midwest Region!

A leading global AudioVisual LED Manufacturer is currently in search of an Account Specialist who will actively identify pursue and cultivate relationships with both existing and prospective distributors. The ideal candidate should possess comprehensive knowledge of the LED industry and market dynamics. They must also demonstrate the ability to articulate the companys brand and product value effectively aiming to generate a positive response from the target customer base.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in the LED distribution market providing market insights to US sales and marketing departments.
  • Fosters and develops relationships with current and potential customers.
  • Train and educate customers sales and engineering team to get knowledge of company solutions.
  • Provide sales quotes and sales tools to customers for company projects.
  • Integral role in key project demo shootout travel with sales team and present product solutions benefits and analyze customer needs and project info.
  • Attends trade shows training conferences and events to promote the company to customers and its end users.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to build report quickly.
  • Must be persistent and disciplined in all work.
  • Able to handle a fast pace and high volume of activity.
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned

Experience Requirements:
  • Sales and Engineering or Project Management background in LED industry.
  • 5 years of experience in the LED industry
  • AV Distributor experience a must

Options for remote work but must have the ability to come into the NYC office as needed for meetings. Ultra High-End Residential Audiovisual and Smart Home designs, working with high net-worth family offices, architects, home designers, and the internal design team. Supervisory experience a must- will have 5 direct reports. Residential AV experience is required, ideally a minimum of 5 years. Experience with design for large-scale residential AV projects, $200,000 or higher.
