This is a remote position.

We are seeking professionals to specialize in cruise vacations! We offer personalized remote travel planning services to clients seeking unforgettable cruise experiences all over the world. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and creating tailormade itineraries to meet the diverse preferences of our clients. As a cruise coordinator you will have the opportunity to work remotely from the comfort of your own home. This position offers flexibility to manage your schedule while providing excellent service to the client base. Requirements

Obtain partner certifications to stay up to date with the most recent changes in the

industry

Demonstrate knowledge and recommendation ability in popular cruise destinations

around the globe

Understand attention to detail research plan and book vacation packages

for clients


Utilize time management skills in order to consult clients and provide outstanding customer service.


Offer assistance for clients throughout the booking process addressing

inquiries concerns and providing support.



Coordinate cruise bookings groups cabin selection transportation arrangements and any additional amenities or services requested by clients.



Stay informed on the latest cruise industry trends and promotions to provide clients with accurate and relevant information.



Create personalized travel itineraries selecting port destinations accommodations activities

and transportation options.


Contribute to sales and marketing efforts by promoting cruise packages generating leads utilizing social media and fostering client relationships.


Ensure all necessary travel documentation like passports visas and travel insurance are obtained and organized before client departure.



Some knowledge and understanding of cruise destinations and travel. Previous experience in the travel industry is preferred but not required.


Communication skills both verbal and written are essential for this role to consult clients.


Organization skills and attention to detail are necessary for managing client bookings and deadlines effectively.


Knowledge of Social Media and Technology to market and acquire leads to build a loyal customer base.


Customer focus with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable travel experiences.
