Bartender

As a Bartender at Talent Source you will be responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to our guests creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere in our establishment. Below are the key responsibilities and requirements for this position:

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Take and prepare drink orders accurately and promptly.
• Mix and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Engage with guests provide recommendations and answer questions about beverages and menu items.
• Monitor and control inventory levels including liquor mixers and garnishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area including equipment and utensils.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Upsell drinks and promote specials to increase revenue.
• Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing drinks.
• Knowledge of basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
• Ability to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
• TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures) certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
