As a production support Monitoring analyst you are the first line in detecting the issues related customer faced web applications and the critical Jobs. All applications/Jobs needs to be monitored (24x7x365) and responds to automated and userreported possible incidents that may impact to applications and customers.

Monitor and analyze logs and alerts from a variety of applications.

Quickly engage next level support engineer in case of further assistance needed.

Creating Incident tickets and Tasks in ServiceNow.

Running Database queries periodically to check the health of customer transactions.

Flexible to work in any of the Shift and weekends if needed.

Knowledge on Java Unix and Databases like Oracle DB2 and MongoDB required.

Quick response to the auto generated alerts with initial triage.

Knowledge on Autosys Scheduling tool and monitoring tools such as Kibana Dynatrace and Kibana would be a plus.

Nice to have understanding OS and Network concepts.
