Project Manager 1

MW Partners is currently seeking a Project Manager to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products.

Provide assistance and project management support for the PMO & COE team (manager). Help organize projects manage information flow and track commitments. Key attributes include strong project management skills creativity and innovative thinking and a strong background in SharePoint. Additionally a willingness to help and support and ability to cope in a fastpaced everchanging environment.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Lead the design development and implementation of initiatives focused on the improvement and advancement of project execution across the PMO & COE team.
• Define and maintain project timeframes.
• Track progress and provide project management support for key activities such as:
  • New Hire Onboarding
  • Global Sales Compensation SharePoint site
  • Site Maintenance and Organization
  • Other key project activities
• Create documentation that enables the transition from implementation to post implementation support.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope and schedule.
• Maintain a list of deliverables for leads across the org and keep them accountable.
• Combine various data sources into one and rollup information effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or minimum of 3 years of project management experience in the industry.
• 3 years of experience as a Creative Project Manager project management experience in the industry.
• A positive cando attitude and a willingness to help and support.
• Excellent organizational communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent follow through and ability to keep projects on track and delivered on time.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Ability to adapt quickly and be openminded to learning new skills and adaptable to changes to workflow extremely resourceful.
• Ability to work with a Project Management tool (e.g. Workfront)
• Equally willing to learn and teach while contributing to PMO best practices and policies.
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel and SharePoint required.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Ability to be flexible to thrive in a fast paced and ever changing and international environment.
• Ability to interact with all levels of internal and external contacts with diplomacy and professionalism.
• Exceptional ability to multitask prioritize and work under critical deadlines and manage workloads.
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope budget and timeline.
