We are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy seeking to onboard a Frenchspeaking Customer Support Advisor to join their teams in Greece to support customers of an Ecommerce company.
Location: Work from home/Remote Greece or onsite in Athens

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle all incoming contacts from customers through various channels (phone email and chat)
- Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
- Use adequate tools processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate valid and complete information
- Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times and ensure a positive experience
REQUIREMENTS:
- C1 (proficient) level of French language and B1B2 (fluent) level of English
- Passionate about customers and customer service
- Problemsolving skills

- Ability to identify apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity
