We are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy seeking to onboard a Frenchspeaking Customer Support Advisor to join their teams in Greece to support customers of an Ecommerce company.

Location: Work from home/Remote Greece or onsite in Athens
Employment type: Fulltime
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Handle all incoming contacts from customers through various channels (phone email and chat)
  • Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
  • Use adequate tools processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate valid and complete information
  • Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times and ensure a positive experience
REQUIREMENTS:
  • C1 (proficient) level of French language and B1B2 (fluent) level of English
  • Passionate about customers and customer service
  • Problemsolving skills
  • Upbeat and positive attitude
  • Ability to identify apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity
