1. Communicating with customers making outbound calls to potential customers following up on leads.
2. Understanding customers needs and identifying sales opportunities.
3. Answering potential customers questions and sending additional information.
4. Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
5. Develop & implement innovative sales & marketing strategies across multiple channels
6. Analyse trends data demographics pricing strategies and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.
7. Use alternative & collaborative thinking to generate and realize sales lead.
8. Performance monitoring & presentation of regular performance reports of team.
9. Meticulous planning & excellent execution
Educational qualification &experience profile:
MBA / B.Tech / B.E/ BBA preferably having experience in the field of Concept / Software selling Client Relations Management Project Management Development & Implementation of sales strategy to achieve business growth targets.
