Seeking a Junior Administrator Join our Team!

Are you ready to be part of a dynamic company at the forefront of the vending machine industry We are on the lookout for a dedicated and detailoriented individual to join our rapidly expanding team in Burleigh Waters. As a company committed to excellence and innovation we value passionate individuals who can contribute to our success.


Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace for optimal efficiency.
  • Accurately organize and correlate receipts ensuring meticulous recordkeeping.
  • Arrange and coordinate travel logistics including flights accommodation and rental cars.
  • Keep operator folders uptodate and handle administrative aspects of contract termination.
  • Perform various administrative tasks to contribute to the smooth operation of the office.
  • Manage receipts and send them to the accounts department; keep track of client accounts.
  • Place and process orders for merchandise office supplies and other necessities.
  • Handle office phone calls direct inquiries and utilize Calendly to streamline departmental coordination.
  • Assist the sales department with various requests and administrative tasks.


Requirements


  • Under 21 years of age.
  • Dependability and ability to follow detailed procedures.
  • Experience using Excel for data entry.
  • Efficient task execution and time management.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in documentation and meticulous recordkeeping.
  • Strong organizational directional and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.
  • Friendly and enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Drivers Licence and Car
Work hours are from 9am 5pm Monday to Friday. No weekends.
