Specialist Secretarial- Legal Compliance

Role & responsibilities:

Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant laws regulations and corporate governance codes.

Maintain an uptodate knowledge of changes in legislation that may affect the company.

Prepare and file statutory returns and other legal documents as required.

Maintain records of board minutes and resolutions.

Act as the point of contact between the company and regulatory authorities.

Manage communication and correspondence between the company and its shareholders.

Handle administrative tasks related to the board including meeting schedules agendas and minutes.

Coordinate the preparation and filing of the companys annual reports.

Ensure timely and accurate disclosure of information to regulatory bodies.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Law Business Administration or a related field.

Professional qualification as a Company Secretary.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

3 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
