We are seeking a dynamic and driven Talent Recruiter to join our growing team. As a Talent Recruiter at our agency you will be responsible for sourcing screening and securing talent for our clients across various industries. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about connecting people with meaningful career opportunities and thrives in a fastpaced collaborative environment.

Tasks

• Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates including but not limited to job boards social media networking and referrals
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings & interviews to assess qualifications skills and cultural fit
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process providing guidance and support at every stage
• Collaborate closely with our clients to understand their unique hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
• Coordinate interviews negotiate offers and facilitate the placement process from start to finish
• Stay uptodate on industry trends market insights and best practices in recruitment to continually improve our services

Requirements

• 1 to max 2 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Full professional level of English plus another language (Spanish or French or German or a Nordic language or Dutch)
• Experience in a fastpaced agency environment is a plus but not a must
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates and build rapport quickly
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail ensuring a seamless recruitment process for both candidates and clients
• Ability to thrive in a resultsdriven environment meeting and exceeding targets and deadlines
• Passion for helping others succeed and a genuine interest in the recruitment industry
• A humble team player who inspires trust and is ready to take the initiative with a fun team
