Job Description

As a Business/System Analyst within our Business Integration team youll play a pivotal role in the review analysis and enhancement of our information technology systems operations. You will be at the forefront of determining user needs identifying system issues and bridging the gap between users and engineering/development teams. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be a part of key projects such as the SDP Evolution collaborating closely with various business teams to ensure seamless integration and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Review analyze and evaluate information technology systems operations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Determine user needs and requirements and recommend solutions to enhance system functionalities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identify document report and track system issues ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Support the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to address system issues and optimize performance.
  • Analyze data to derive insights and inform decisionmaking processes.
  • Develop and maintain process flows to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or related field.
  • 25 years of experience in a similar role preferably within the information technology or telecommunications industry.
  • Proven experience in root cause analysis process analysis and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to think critically and propose effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively liaise between technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in documenting technical requirements and system functionalities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
