Test lead

Role: Test lead with FIS Asset Financing experience

Location: Hybrid/onsite ChicagoIL 3days a week

About the role:
As a Software Tester youll play a key role in handson testing of FIS Asset Finance (Ambit Finance) / Lending and Lending Application Testing Experience Application testing integrating with client applications. The ideal candidate will be consulting on software development or operations processes quality practices including designing test cases executing test cases automating manual test cases quality audits and software measurements.
Participates in a team made up of members of key disciplines such as Architecture Quality Assurance Development Business Analysis and Project Management working on Java based solutions for large financial institutions supporting complex payment products. The team generally operates as a selforganizing team to complete work using Scrum Agile methodology with small exceptions where traditional methodologies are used.

What you will be doing:

Ideal candidate will have Minimum of 5 years in testing and 8 years in IT

Responsibility includes planning controlling and managing daily test activities.

Develop maintains and upgrade Manual or Automated test scripts utilities simulators data sets and other programmatic test tools required to execute test plans

Knowledge of primary database engines with a demonstrated ability to write complex queries to be used for data validation and troubleshooting

Ability to conceptualize & implement automation for E2E Regression

Handson experience in Test Data Design Techniques and Automated regression testing
Effectively communicates testing activities and findings in oral and written forms

Controls and manages own daily test activities

Supports Delivery Management team to identify risks and develops mitigation strategies

Performs other related duties as assigned

What you bring

o Experience of testing FIS Asset Financing (Ambit Finance) OR Lending & Leasing Finance Experience or Lending Connected Commerce ... Technology Business Consultant is MUST

o Hands on experience in FIS Testing Asset Financing (Ambit Finance) experience.

o Experience in hands on CICD testing and performing config changes to test.

o Ability to conceptualize & implement automation for E2E Regression

o Handson experience in Test Data Design Techniques

o Excellent communication (oral and written) along with mentoring junior testers and coordination with onsite
