Job Description:
The ideal person for this role will guide and mentor the crusher maintenance team to improve maintenance procedures and repair efficiency in order to maximize company production goals.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- HANDS ON experience performing repairs in a crushing plant (Conveyors jaws cones screens etc.)
- 35 years of experience leading a maintenance crew
- Ability to prioritize maintenance tasks
- Comfortable working outdoors (in extreme Las Vegas weather conditions)
- Must have strong equipment and industry knowledge
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Word Excel & Outlook
