The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the design and implementation of the companys processes and deployment of resources. They will establish quantitative and qualitative metrics guidelines and standards by which the efficiency and effectiveness of current and new processes can be evaluated. With input from department leads they will author any templates forms or documents needed for implementation.
The area of responsibility for this role is wide and thus requires thorough knowledge of various company and department processes. The ideal candidate must be competent and able to plan many kinds of operational activities. They will regularly meet with managers and department leads to understand what their current processes consist of and identify opportunities for improvement. They will perform risk analyses to determine how to best rollout new processes while safeguarding company efficiency. They will transform learnings into presentations using empirical data to gain support for proposed modifications. They will provide managers and department leads with operating instructions as well as training if necessary. Once implemented they will collect metrics and feedback from end users and empower them to make necessary changes within the framework established by the new process.
Minimum Qualifications & Competencies
Proficiency in Google Workspace
Proficiency in Asana platform
13 years project coordinator experience
Superior written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong presentation skills
Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
This is an onsite position not remote
Some travel may be required

A health savings account (HSA) is a taxadvantaged account for people who are enrolled in an HSAeligible highdeductible health plan (HDHP). The Silver Plan is HSA eligible.
Contributions are pretax can be used for most eligible health related items (refer to link for all covered expenses). The HSA contributions accumulate each year of enrollment and do not expire. THe HSA provides a debit card for payment of covered expenses. The benefit of a HSA is that contributions remain in your account and roll over automatically annually as savings and grow much like your 401k.
