Scrum Master (Data)

o Not just software projects experience
o Balance of both
Traditional scrum
o New project being developed
SAFe likely part of it
o Some dependencies/enterprise input
o There will be features coming in from product team the PO will work with this to align across epics
Mostly the same profile/standards that weve sourced for JD:
o No candidates with Project Management Foundation
Also stay away from those who have only been functional (Scrum Master BA Product Owner/Manager)
o Best to have a technical foundation developer QA/testing system admin
In this case a Data Business Analyst will be acceptable
o SAFe is required target 3 years if not in their current role they will need years of experience to it prior (and just 1 year of experience most recently wont be enough)
o Leveraging all ceremonies and being hands on as a SM
o Good presentation/effective communication
